Jennifer Chu, M.D. is Principal, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of eToims® Medical Technology, LLC. She is an Emeritus Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania, where she has been on faculty for over 30 years. To address the growing need of effective, non-invasive pain management, Dr. Chu combined years of clinical training and research in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management and acupuncture to develop the non-invasive eToims® Technique in 2006.

Along with many peer-reviewed publications, Jennifer Chu, M.D. is the author of a textbook entitled Electrodiagnosis: An Anatomical and Clinical Approach. She is also an emeritus member of numerous prestigious national medical societies, and was awarded honorary membership in the European Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Jennifer Chu, M.D. also holds several patents for non-invasive solutions in providing pain rehabilitation.

Dr. Chu obtained her medical degree from the Institute of Medicine 2, Rangoon, Burma, with residency training at the University of Pennsylvania. Board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, Jennifer Chu, M.D. completed her post-gradua te training in electrodiagnostic medicine at the University of Uppsala in Sweden.
